G3 — A Small Event For Big Businesses

Bergen Community College in partnership with the Business Resource Network hosted an event for small businesses in Bergen County. A variety of resources, including one-on-one sessions with student support specialists, were available at the Meadowlands campus. As the first event of this kind, the first impression is crucial. In order to assure the audience that the event is reputable and trustworthy, every touchpoint needs to be carefully examined and crafted.

I was in charge of designing and sending out the email. First, there is information about the event and a registration button. The second section contains information about the offerings and the main speaker, with a second CTA to register. See full email.

Event Video

I filmed the event to create a thank-you video for the attendees and partners. In the future, the shots can also be used for the creation of a promotional video.
